SO, WHAT IS IT ABOUT THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND?  HOW DO I ACCESS IT?

First thing we have to realize is that it's not our external reality that causes us so much turmoil, it's the thoughts, opinions and beliefs we hold about what's happening in our world that's the true cause of our suffering.  All of which are products of our subconscious mind - it’s that subconscious mind that drives our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and actions.  It is to our detriment that so many of us spend excess time working on our conscious mind, reading books, taking courses...all these things are great, but it's failing to address the root cause of our struggles. 
The subconscious mind learns not by consuming content, but through repetition–building a new habit or routine.  This trains the subconscious mind to inspire new thoughts and beliefs, emotions and feelings.  There's only a few ways for us to access that subconscious mind, one of which is through breathwork.

WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK?

Conscious Connected Breathing is the foundation of Transformational Breathwork. This integrative breathing is a potent, safe and natural healing process which utilizes conscious breathing patterns to induce healing—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  As we begin to expand the quality and quantity of breath in our body, healing energy intensifies to allow us to tackle our past and become stronger and more resilient to our traumas.
The two part breath breathing pattern allows us to activate our Theta Brain wave—giving you the oppertunity to dive deeper into our subconscious mind.  Through our 60-90 minute breathing sessions you will be coached through a journey to help bring to light the emotions that you’ve been surprising throughout your life.  Addressing them, acknowledging the pain…and finally letting them go.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT THROUGH A TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK JOURNEY?

Although results vary from person to person, there is one absolute fact…you will have an experience.  Now what that experience entails entirely depends on YOU!  How much are you willing to commit?  How much are you willing to let go?  You’re the only person holding yourself back from a life changing experience.  To go deep, you must breathe deep—to grow you must let GO.  If you come into our class you need to arrive with a goal, purpose in mind that motivates you throughout the practice.  You will meet moments of discomfort—yet, through that discomfort is where the transcendence resides.

WHAT IS RETENTION BREATH-WORK?

This style of breathing is very similar to our transformational breath-work, but with a different focus and application.  You will learn that through the power of the breath you can heat up your body and calm the mind through any level of outside stressors.  Increasing your lung capacity is only one piece of the puzzle of growth that you will experience!
