Brian began his meditation practices back in 2006 within the Rinzai Zen discipline. Committing himself to the practice for over a decade before he decided to make a pivot in his training. Seeing that although he was able to calm his mind and body in a neutral setting---he still lacked the mental fortitude in high stress situations. This is when he decided to start pushing the physical component in his training to a higher degree. At 31 Brian decided to test his abilities and partake in his first back suspension. While he hanged for an hour he realized that this is a path he needs to pursue---although he hasn't completed another suspension since then, its the act of extreme stress that he needed. It was around then he came across the WimHoff method, which became the next chapter of his practice career. Committing the last three years to the discipline, fully immersing himself in daily breathing exercises coupled with extreme cold and heat exposure training. Not only has he eliminated the need for anxiety medications but has found himself to be in more of a neutrally calm state more regularly due to his high stress exposure he experiences daily. Finding this new sense of wellness in this daily practice, he still felt incomplete as a practitioner. That was until he became more entuned with his breath and under the direct tutelage of his world renowned breath-coach Brian Kelly. Mr. Kelly exposed Brian to his first Transformational Breath-work journey---it was through that first journey that Brian began to fill in the pieces that he's been missing. Facing traumas, mis grievances and broken nature of the past he began to heal the present. Through this healing Brian found his next and final chapter of his evolution into the Breath-Coach that he is today!
